From which airport Magic Air Tours depart?

Magic Air tours depart from Miami Executive Airport, around 13 miles (21 km) southwest of Downtown Miami.

What should I bring with me during the air tour time?

All passengers must bring a valid photo ID. It could be a Driver’s License or Passport. You can bring small handbags.

All flights are private? What does it mean?

Yes, all our air tours are private. You can book a tour for minimum 2 and maximum 3 people. We will not include people you don’t know in your flight. If you have a larger group, we can allocate in different time.

Is there a weight limit?

According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines, we cannot accommodate passengers weighing more than 270lbs (or 123kg). For groups of three passengers, total passenger weight should not exceed 600lbs (or 272kg).

How long in advance shall I arrive for my tour?

You should arrive 30 minutes in advance to the time your tour is reserved.

Passengers failing to arrive and check in at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time might have their tour duration reduced or considered ‘no show’, with no refund.

Which transportation should I use to arrive at the Miami Executive Airport?

If you have a car, you can drive to CR Aviation, located inside Miami Executive Airport. There are free parking available. It is also very convenient to go by Uber, Lift or any type of taxi.

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit. Children up to 2 years old, that could be accommodated in your lap can fly for free. Children who occupy a seat alone pay full price.

I made my reservation online. Will I receive confirmation or tickets?

You will receive an email confirmation that represents your ‘boarding pass’. At the day of the tour, you can show it to us in your smartphone or printed.

Can I plan something special for a celebration?

Please contact us in advance to discuss your ideas and plans. If possible, we will support it.

Will I get a window seat?

Every passenger gets a window seat and a headset that is connected to an intercom system.

What happens if I get airsick?

We offer sick sacks in the airplanes. There will be $20.00 service charge for passengers being sick outside of sick bags.

Can I bring a camera on board?

Yes, you can bring your camera and mobile phone. Please be aware that we don’t take responsibility for damaged electronics during or after the flight.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes, you can purchase air tour gift cards through our website page. You will receive a copy of it by email.

What should I wear?

We recommend lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes and sun protection. A sweater or light jacket is advised during the winter months. Don’t forget your sun glasses for flights during the day.

Can your tours accommodate disabled travelers?

Some disabled travelers may be accommodated, but it is not guaranteed. Please contact us in advance.

There are three people in my party, but we want to make separate reservations with our own credit cards. How do we make sure we are on the same airplane?

When making the reservations, please contact us informing all passenger names that you will be joining on the same tour.

What happens if it is raining at the tour time?

Your flight can be rescheduled in case of rain. We will contact you in case of bad weather.

Can I make Tour Reservations Online?

Yes, you can make tour reservations at the Magic Air Tours website.

What kind of airplanes do you have?

We fly the Cessna Cardinal, one of the best aircrafts for sightseeing tours.

Do you offer Aerial Photography?

Yes. If you are a professional photographer, we can fly you over and around a specific location. Please contact us for customized flights.

Do you have a license to operate Air Tours?

Yes. Magic Air Tours have licenses approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) through Letter of Authorization to conduct Commercial Air Tours.

What is your Refund Policy?

We offer convenient free cancelation up to 24 hours in advance to your tour. Reservations may only be rescheduled without forfeiture of funds paid with 24 hours’ notice prior to scheduled reservation time by emailing request to [email protected].

What condition is not recommended for flight tours?

Air tours are not suitable for pregnant guests, people prone to motion sickness, guests with a fear of heights, guests with limited mobility, and guests who utilize wheelchair.

What are the safety protocols during COVID?

We are committed to following all CDC guidelines and doing everything in our power to keep you safe in our facilities and in our aircraft. We only offer private tours and we don’t include people you don’t know on your tour. Our aircraft is cleaned and sanitized between each tour. Our employees, including our pilots, will always wear a mask while in the aircraft or in the lounge.

Will I be requested to sign a waiver?

Yes. We request that all customers sign our waivers prior to the flight.
